Farmers Mental Health and Wellbeing Training Toolkit is a comprehensive educational resource designed to support the mental and physical health of farmers through a variety of modules.
The toolkit also emphasizes the importance of integrating the Five Ways to Well-Being—a set of evidence-based actions to improve personal wellbeing—into daily life, tailored specifically to the unique challenges of farmers. These include connecting with others, staying active, taking notice of one’s environment and feelings, continuous learning, and giving to others.
Each module within the toolkit is designed to be practical and directly applicable, providing farmers, their families, and advisors with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their mental health proactively and effectively. The toolkit is part of a broader initiative to improve accessibility to education and mental health resources for farmers, particularly in rural areas.
