First Aid Tools for Farmers

Support organisations by country

Often, multiple experts are required to address complex challenges, and one specialist may not be sufficient. Listen to the farmer with an open mind to grasp the situation comprehensively and identify all the areas where assistance is needed. Be prepared to accept that some aspects might fall outside your expertise.

Once you understand the entirety of the assistance needed, you can build a strong support network. If necessary, invite experts from various fields such as representatives from banks, financial advisors, agricultural consultants, and well-being experts. A functional network also helps stakeholders endure. Network members are familiar with the situation and can encourage one another, supporting each other in their respective areas of responsibility. The farmer is an active participant in this network. Collaborative networks don’t operate without the farmer; they are an integral part of the whole.
